Request account deletion

Use this form to notify our support team that you would like your MumChoice account to be removed. Once we process the request all sessions are revoked and your profile is disabled in line with our privacy policy.

Not signed in? Share the email address or phone number linked to your account so we can locate it.

Provide at least one contact field. It must match your MumChoice account.

Once your request is approved your login is disabled and personal data is queued for deletion according to our retention policy. You will not be able to recover your saved memories or vaccination data afterwards.
